Canadian Policy Research Networks (CPRN), through Carleton University Library, has given permission for the Changing Employment Relationships Survey (CERS), 2000 to be made available and distributed by Scholars Portal's ODESI data service.

The data is to be used solely for academic research purposes and any reports or other documents developed from the data are not to be used for commercial purposes. CPRN's role in creating the database is to be acknowledged in all reports and publications that use the data, produced either in hard copy or in electronic format.

As of December 23, 2009, Canadian Policy Research Networks (CPRN) is no longer operating. A Memorandum of Understanding between Carleton University Library and CPRN provides for all hard copies of reports and publications to be housed at Carleton University Library. The CPRN website will also be maintained by Carleton University Library for the next 7 years. Any requests for access are to be sent to the University Librarian at Carleton University.
